We're all little girls here

I don't know how it happened but I've recently developed severe lower back pain that makes it extremely painful to get out of my chair.
I need to get a cane or something, even navigating my house is excruciating unless I'm crawling on my hands and knees.

I can't go get a doctor because I don't have any state-given ID, I have no health insurance, and I can't go to the ER unless I have reason to believe it's a life-threatening emergency..
I know "hoping it goes away" is the last thing to do for any medical disorder, but I'm lacking in other options.

/jp/'s room is holy ground by her law, where none may enter and none may leave.
/jp/ holds no desire to meet with or play with anyone, and prefers to maintain the illusion that there is nothing beyond her walls. She steadfastly refuses to allow anyone entry into her world, and equally refuses to be a part of anyone else's world, if she could help it.

She would like to be loved, but as she acknowledges that she cares for no one, she in turn accepts that nobody will care for her. She would prefer to steel her heart and take her suffering without complaint than to try to change her life. It cannot be helped.
