Why are premature and koyukkuri so cute? Is it their slurred speech compared to their adult counterparts? Their tendency to poo and pee where they stand, and licking each other clean?

Is their easy declarations to take it easy immediately upon birth, or their eerily similar catchphrases (upon birth) from their normal Touhou counterparts?

And why can't I have real-life Yukkuri?
