This picture reminds me of a place here in Sweden that I know of. It's located in the forest and not many people bother to know about it in my town, situated at a height over a valley and at the edge of the forest. All the trees on that slope are cut down, so you get to see out to the southwest. The grass is yellow and withered, which offers the area a very autumn atmosphere year-round. During especially clear days, the sunset bathes the entire area and a lake in golden sunlight, it feels absolutely magical.
