After sleeping on it, I realize how pathetic it must've come across as.

So I guess I'm an idiot for thinking Fate and UBW have no value?
Seriously now, is anyone here with enough patience to teach me why?
I genuinely feel bad whenever I see Sakura fans on /a/ shitposting, because I started to believe they're right, and that annoys me to no end.
I don't want to believe that Fate and UBW are wastes of time, but I do.
Why am I like this?

Can someone give me some good reasons why Fate and UBW can be appreciated as their own stories?
Is there any point to Fate and UBW Shirous?
People here mock the shit out of Kiritsugu sometimes for where his story led him, so why would that be different for Fate and UBW?
When Nasu has nothing but praise for HF Shirou and nothing to say for Fate or UBW, what am I supposed to believe?

Hell, I can't even say I like them, because then I basically say it's okay for Sakura to keep getting raped for decades.
How can Fate or UBW fans even justify their preference when it means abandoning Sakura?
