The 'speed of the holy mother' or whatever that they keep mentioning is probably a reference to the painting 'Maximum Speed of Raphael's Madonna' by Salvador Dali. In Japanese it's called they translate Madonna as 聖母, which literally means Holy Mother. There's like 2 or 3 quotes by Dali used in Ciconia so I'd say this is definitely the case and because witch-hunt didn't do enough research they directly translated it as holy mother instead of madonna.
