Rika outright says in the VN that Satoko is more important than anyone else though (even to Hanyuu's face, who Rika basically sees as her actual mother), and that Satoko is more than family to her even if she's just family to Satoko. Also, that she could only continue through all those years in the loops because Satoko makes her smile.

Yeah, she's also attached to the other club members, but it's clear Satoko is above the others. The odd part about Gou/Sotsu is her secretly hating Hinamizawa and not caring for anyone else all along, not her being attached to Satoko.
