As you can hear, Gura did not wet herself..after the scream it sounds that she knocked over a cup and it spilled on the desk. After that, you hear her using napkins to wipe her desk. Then she says "I S-", which sounds like she's saying that she spilled something. It does not sound like she's saying "I wet myself"

Also think about it, if Gura really peed herself, why didn't she immediately end the stream? Why would she continue to stream in pee soaked panties with a pee soaked chair and pee covered floor? No, what happened was that Gura got a little scared, knocked over her drink, used napkins to wipe it up and that's it.
