What happens if monster girls forces led by powerful succubi and lilims so happen to take over a starship that so happens to make contact or land in the MGE world?

Well, the ship itself it wouldn't turn into a big monster girl, but the succubi and or lilims or even the Demon Lord herself could corrupt the starship with extreme and mountain loads of demon energy. Turning the ship into a demon realm of sorts, a moving, mobile demon realm that is capable of spreading corruption/demon energy to wherever and what ever place and planet it lands and docks at. And anyone can be corrupted by the Demon Energy aura the corrupted ship is now emitting. Most of the weapons like the missile launchers, bombardment weaponry and even orbital bombardment weapons would be modified and changed by Gremlin girls or any other monster girl specializing in engineering and technology. The modified ship's weapons will now instead fire or emit MGE-style Demon Energy which will harmlessly incapacitate and pacify targets and then corrupt/monsterise them. And the now corrupted ship can use its newly modified orbital bombardment weapons to rain down Demon Energy onto it's target locations. Turning cities and strongholds into Demon Realms, thus turning the women into monster girls and the men into more monster loving incubi.

Plus, what startships do you think is best suited for such monster girl-centric purposes and agendas? A heavy military battle cruiser for maximum and or optimum firepower and protection? Or a super carrier-type of command ship?
