let me just get this sorted out, if youre buying from a site where you can also pay for shipping and taxes on top of the actual item, does that mean you dont need to pay for those things when you receive them?


because i bought something from otona a while ago and had it shipped via EMS and the only extra thing i paid for was the delivery fee that the courier asked for when they brought it to my home. its also worth noting that the public post office of my country is also in partnership with EMS


im asking just in case my first order wasnt just a fluke and that if thats standard procedure. because the customs agents in my country are notorious for randomly picking packages and extorting poor saps for lots of money
