As one of the level-headed /jp/:

1) You first mistake was the implied association with /a/. That's flamebait on this board.
2) Don't react to the trolls being angry, it just makes them more so/more enjoyable for them.
3) Insulting never works well.
4) /jp/'s generally against tech support or translating images, so you'll get trolls for a bit, and occasionally an anon'll come along and answer seriously.

Now, I don't play Yume Nikki and probably can't troubleshoot for you, but this might help you some in the future.

I work a normal job in R&D.

Really, if a hikki wanted a job, they should find a place outside of service/sales, because human contact goes WAY down.
