In EO 1 my post-game hexer build was:

10 HP Up
1 TP Up
7 Curses
10 Stagger
10 Cranial
10 Abdomen
10 Torpor
10 Corrupt
10 Revenge

This is, of course, after retiring from Lvl 70 in order to gain 6 extra skill points. Torpor is surprisingly effective at putting 1-2 enemies per sleep and her main tactic against regular enemy encounters, Stagger compliments the preemptive strike raising ability of the Survivalist, Cranial and Abdomen binds have a high chance of success on normal enemies and even bosses (landing a bind on a boss is quite worth it), and Revenge is her specialized way of dealing large damage to enemies with high defense since the amount of damage dealt is fixed (and inversely proportional to her own health, which is what the 10 HP ups are for).

I didn't play enough EO2 to be able to tell you what a good Hexer build for that game is, but from what I heard Poison is an incredibly powerful skill and often wipes out enemies in 1 turn.

Tsundere, etc. Personally, I always liked the two female Ronins, double-braided female Hexer, female Protector 1, and female war magus 1.
