Just got the Vorze A10, haven't tried it yet

Not a fan of how the inserts have these plastic things drilled into them, held by really thing part of the insert. When I clean, I like to insert my finger with a tshirt and push the end so that I can actually reach the end of the onahole.
But these inserts have a weak point so you can't push from the other side. I washed it once and I almost ripped it

Anyone have suggestions for how to reach the end?
