It depends on whether you liked the original drama cd or not. The manga itself is nothing special, just more of my favorite characters.
Mahotsukai no Hako isn't very popular in general and is almost dead now. Only Comptiq still publishes single 4koma strips every issue or so drawn by the HibiChika Time mangaka.
