Tell me about it, I remember spending a solid week finding a video from 2009 that got taken down sometime in 2015-16 and the only reupload of it I found was clearly downloaded of it at 144p. It's just the matter of space is the real killer, especially when you're a piece of shit like me who already downloads doujins and has practically no internet speed so uninstalling bigger things I can get back easily like games means leaving my computer on for a full day just to re-install it later.
But as a reminder to those anons who do have space and speed to consistently back up smaller things, back up the shit you even moderately care about. Especially fanworks like the one me and this anon are talking about. Those can go at any time and you'll regret not doing so.
