When it's magical clowns stabbing each other with words and sneering, I'm okay with that. And when it's a gritty, down-to-earth attempt to solve a murder using logic, I'm okay with that.

But I'm not okay with showing the boring life of a boring maid for hours on end, and I do in fact have a problem with how every silly, most hated theory (meido has a hundred alternate personalities, she didn't get a pony) turns out to be true. Fuck, there have been trollcaps and doctored joke screens (shannon = gaap etc.) that turned out to be totally right. It's not a good sign when the solution of your mystery novel involves stuff the readers only joke about.

I admire R07's ambition. He attempted to make a massive, epic story that spans decades and challenges the mind. But he couldn't hold all his limes, and now it just tests patience.
