i'll illustrate how to analyze this for you.

as you can see from the screenshot, which is me comparing saves in TDCGExplorer, my save is still slightly off.

original save is the left, right is my hard save.

TDCGExplorer shows that his original save is set to use NLSD_BDY_A10, while my save is using NLSE_BDY_A00. he used N025_FHEA_B12; i'm using N004_FHEA_B12.

the fact that the mods did not load for me either and i had to use my own mods suggests that i do not have the mods he was using.

note that if is the above is because he is using slightly edited mods of his own creation, there is nothing we can do about it but use our own mods. that's probably not the case, though.
