She doesn't seem to be very nice because everyone around her acts on impulse, which could give her the impression of being mean because she actually tries to make sense.

She seems really kind in all of the source works though, at least a bit respectful. Eirin is probably beating it into her if she didn't have it before.

If you count Inaba, Reisen is pretty much abused by everyone minus Kaguya. Kaguya's pretty damn nice.

At least Eirin sometimes lets her know that she's needed, Tewi pretty much uses Reisen as a bunny-earred punching bag.

Eirin and Udonge are my favourites. They really go well together.

At least Eirin does doctor work and trains Reisen and the rabbits in medicine as well.
