I always wanted to do a rock/metal song cover with Luka, but I couldn't think of anything American that would work. I was trying to find something that would make the average Japanese nico listener go "oh this was obviously made by an American".

I thought a Jimi Hendrix song would be a good idea, but then again most of his (good) stuff barely have any vocals.
