One thing that I think might improve your play is to not overuse those green bullets so much. Although I don't play Marisa so I could be completely wrong there.

To tell the truth, I haven't had much time to play Hisoutensoku since my graphics card nigh-annihilated and my computer almost instantly crashes when I try to play any game with a graphics level above StarCraft. I've only played Hisoutensoku once and only got through two fights (Sanae vs. Cirno, Sanae vs. Utsuho) before my computer crashed.
