I'd say both would play around a little, depending on how this hypothetical fight transpires.
Remember, canon Yuuka doesn't torture people for sick sadistic pleasure, she just likes fighting. Yuuka probably would be *more* open to murder though, since she strikes me as amoral.
However, she'd probably not be stupid enough to do it without thinking through the consequences of actually killing someone post-spellcard rules, so it'd be unlikely either would resort to lethal force without good reasons.

If they did fight for no apparant reason, with every intention of winning no matter the cost, I think both wouldn't hold back, and start out much stronger than we've seen them. No point wasting time by using weak attacks, after all.

But if they just came to blows over something more or less inconsequential, they'd probably play around a lot, since both are unimagineably powerful.
Oni are the epitome of strength, and one of the four Devas would be terrifying to behold, but Yuuka might be the pure, concentrated perfection of Youkai, the final product of natural selection applied to demonic terrors. She is the only character to drag a fight over two stages after all.
