I think it would be a pain to at least not buy portable bank access tickets every month, unless you can handle having no inventory space.

There are also potions that you can equip, and whenever you're below a certain amount of HP/MP (which you can specify...I set mine to 30%), they'll apply a slow periodic hp/mp restore. However, it's not like Perfect World where they were powerful and necessary, these ones are actually pretty shitty (they won't save you in a fight), and you can get them without the cash shop as well.

I cashed in some WebMoney I had for 5000 GASH, besides bank access there's nothing else worth buying right now, really. Maybe when some cuter outfits come out, right now the only one is a soldier outfit, not fitting for my healer.
