its during match-ups where you reaaaaaaally need that special bullet cancel or you wish you could have another 5B after 5B or could shoot 5B after Cs, Doesn't really need levels past 1 so you can use the rest for spellcard fuel

Default is generally very solid because its a melee hit and can be staggered, gets big gains from being leveled [super armor gains at level 2 and 4] but there are honestly better ways of using your deckspace with suika and level 0 is fine.

default 236C sucks as a reversal though, don't do iiiiiit until you're realllly good with suika and can get away with it.
