Where does one apply for modhood, anyway? I'm here all the time and know full well what goes into /jp/ and what does not, at least enough to realize that those who regularly post in Morning Musume threads are third class citizens at best and should be treated as such.
I feel that if I were given full mod powers I would sort out all the evils of /jp/ in a matter of days.
