Yukari's ability has already been shown to have limits, limits that require pretty precise rare opportunities to do the most power things, kind of like you would expect from manipulating boundaries that keep the world together really.

Where as Kaguya's immortality has been shown to be complete. She cannot die and will require some extremely exotic round about method to undo it. After that her actual power over eternity is debatable, it's vague and mostly lets her do weird time manipulation bullshit like Sakuya only slightly differently tuned towards stretching or squashing time as she sees fit.

It's a pointless debate. Kaguya can't die, kind of like a fairy but more so. Though it doesn't mean she can't get tired of constantly trying and getting her ass kicked, imagine she has a motivation bar like Cirno and see how long it takes to get bored and play some WoW or something.

As much as I hate some of Chado's DBZ bullshit, I have admit that Kaguya works so much better as a character and a villain if she's gone batshit crazy from living too long, though in a sense it doesn't work from the perspective of a long lives Lunarian, it gives Kaguya a sense of threat to be around her. As she is right now she's just a useless princess sitting out her life in her little bamboo palace enjoying a simple life of luxury and the rare competition with Mokou. I'm not sure you could even call that sinister anymore.

About 100 million years from now. Mokou and Kaguya are living on the brink of existence in a cave somewhere where Japan has long since fused with the Chinese mainland. Alive due to being immortal and all, but not exactly gorging - Kaguya's only bringing home rodents and bulbs, and Mokou's attempt at big game constantly ends in charred meatless bones. They've both long since forgotten Japanese and speak idiosyncratically, having had no contact with other humans for quite some time.

There aren't any other humans left, you see. Thus, their main priority is getting the hell off of mother earth before the next big evolutionary hit strikes.
