So you can't just spam all day, they can handle, say 6-8 musical actions while everyone else can normally handle 2-5 based on how much they like you already and your actual skill. I think you ought to be warned when you're about to piss someone off by playing too much, but hostility should be utilized since it's annoying to be forced to listen to music all day.
On another hand, playing for a single girl would have to be limited in a different way, maybe once per day/date but have adjusted increased gains. While playing with a musical hu you should get a choice whether you want to just practice with her or play a romantic song just for her, with high skill requirement.
