Well it doesn't take any real effort to see that she was a gyaru bitch straight out of Osaka when Nogizaka first debuted. She changed her character to be a shy/timid girl, but it's so obvious that she's a complete Osaka Bitch when you pay close attention to her.

She's also confirmed for constantly being late to everything. Shiraishi even complained about her in an interview, saying that she was super unprofessional.

There's the big Manatsu incident too. There was this famous copypaste on 2ch about how Nishino was a super bitch, and that she literally ignored Manatsu's existence for over a year after Manatsu "took her spot" in the fukujin's, and only ever said a word to Manatsu after Nishino became center. It also went into how Nishino tried to get everyone to bully Manatsu. This was confirmed to basically be concrete fact when they talked about this on Nogidoko at the beginning of this year.

She had a boyfriend before joining Nogizaka, and all of her friends are massive bitch types. You can probably find some links to it all if you browse her thread on 2ch, but basically people found the blog of one of her friends in middle/high school. They found pics of her with all of her Gyaru Bitch friends. Nishino's blog was deleted, but they found a classmate of her's linking to her blog saying something 'like Nishino, I'm good friends with her boyfriend".
