Wierd pro tip for you guys. Put like good moisturizing lotion on your dick. not like, as lube. Just put it on your dick like you would dry elbows. Avoid getting it in your urethra of course.
You might not think your dick is dry, but for me personally, it made jack time feel a heck of a lot better. Both using my ona and manual jacking feel a lot better and take less time now.
I've been applying pic related for about a week.
I read some men's health crap online that said Cetaphil was a good lotion for this use case.
