Yeah. And instead of showing off my lack of knowledge to whole world, I sucked it up, lurked the threads and read the wiki. When I posted something and someone told me I was wrong (I honestly don't differentiate between "you might be confused" and "that's wrong you fucking retard"), I double checked my info instead of immediately lashing out on him. When he was right, I admitted it. When he was wrong, I responded in kind. When it wasn't clear, I asked for more info. If I could do that, others can as well.

What night scout does:
-Increases accuracy of the entire fleet by 10%
- Increases firepower of the entire fleet by 5.

What it does not do:
-Increase critical chance
-Increase cut-in chance

Chance of activation affected by 2 factors:
-Level of the ship carrying the plane.
-Number of planes you have equipped. The size of the plane slot does not matter.

Some sample data:
-If you have 1 plane equipped, a level 150 ship has an 85% chance to activate the plane whereas a level 99 ship will have 65%.
-If you have 2 planes equipped, a level 150 ship has a 98% chance to activate the plane whereas a level 99 ship will have 91%.
