What >>38633849 said. Preparation is tough, especially finding time that fits everyone's schedule. Everyone is busy doing their own thing which includes taking breaks. And while anyone now can probably read a script and keep it going at a decent pace, not all of them can highlight or give every member equal screen time for them to shine.
