Just got back from 5ch.
They said the reason why Flare hates Ayame is because during one of the office meetings, she called Noel an annoying ビッチ whose only worth is her breasts and Flare punched her in the face. Fubuki and Watame were in the room at the time and tried to calm both of them down. Flare left immediately after calling Ayame an 石女.
Now the problem is Hololive is splitted into a civil war-like situation. The old guards tried to mitigate the damage and hoped Flare could apologize to Ayame as she is her kouhai while 3rd gen forward, despite still collabbing with Ayame, wanted her to apologize instead. Lamy is reported to threaten Ayame that her men would ransack Ayame's place and make her regret ever born a woman if she did not apologize to Flare and Noel.

Hololive will never escape the curse of the 25th
