what would You do?

I discarded 2p since it was suji for both, but toimen ronned it for 8000 (riichi dora3). I got first, but I'm pretty sure that this wasn't the best decision, and now 4p or 3m seems the best since it's shimocha's genbutsu, or 2m which seems safe for both of them (shimocha has 1m3m early in his discards, 1m3m are both 3 visible, it's also suji for toimen). 7m is also pretty safe with 6m pon and 9m being 3 times visible. 7p could've also been better.
