Admittedly, yes, I often do overthink and obsess on matters of efficiency. Currently, I am spending almost every waking hour playing VNs or reading doujinshi right now. That is, strictly reading right now with nothing else whatsoever but a dictionary and very occasionally a grammar reference; no Anki, RTK, and whatever else. My issue is in knowing how much time and effort to invest to look into learning something while and after reading before reaching diminishing returns. I'm reading at a snail's pace because I'm trying to soak up everything to the utmost potential value. I can't tell if this is just a part of the process, or if I may actually be spending far too long obsessing on minute details.

I use Nazeka; that's fine, right? To clarify, do you not use the live mining mode? I've never used either mining mode before. Pic related is what I got when mining a sample sentence from something I read last night. Is anything off? Am I supposed to just copy the associated lines over one by one for each card?
