No, Kronii is literally snake themed and implied to be a snake woman.
She has snake fangs and the angular parts of her hair is supposed to resemble a cobra's hood. Her weird body proportions like her really long legs and arms are supposed to resemble a sanke's body.
Her white snake mascot is named Boros as in "Ouro Boros". An ouroboros is an Egyptian/Greek symbol consisting of a snake eating its own tail and represents the cyclical nature and infinity of time. Her New Year's kimono has a white snake stocking.
