First thing you should want to do is be able to draw lines confidently, you do not want to chicken scratch a drawing into completion, as you could see during Ame's stream. Draw 2 points on a piece of paper and connect them quickly in one go, keep doing it until you feel like you can do it well. Drawing simple shapes like circles can also help with this.
After that, you should work on drawing 3D forms as they're gonna be the base for everything you draw, and it'll also help to learn some basic perspective here too. After this it's all up to what you're trying to draw really that'll get you into other reps like gesture drawing or shading practice.
