Each level of Crit Accuracy increases or decreases the critical hit chance by a factor of 0.2. So if your basic crit rate was 10% it will be times 1.2, so 12%, at 1 level of crit accuracy buffs. This basically means that characters who had shit base crit rate like 3% will still have shit crit rate even at the max of 10 buffs. Of course characters like Remi here will have 100% crit chance after only 5 buffs already.
