How he is not mainstream though? The vast majority are just cute girls who are always mainstream. Crab or Sayuri don't look "more" or "less" mainstream to me. Probably the most strange design would be something like mindflayer but that Sayuri's kraken has the same "freaky" looking tentacle bottom.

Why would japs ever care about what west thinks? Their mobage are mostly japan only, like crab's game or even the popular ones like kancolle. And english MGE sold pretty good anyway
