because in her LW animation she punches and then throw knives? Murasa-chan shots Missiles from ships and are considerate Heavy Bullets.
Besides, her story card is useless. Incident Shrine is way better for her. 30 body bullets vs 14 sharp ones.
I get that sometimes they don't have to make them so powerful, but MV Meiling is bad because they wanted her to be bad.
