New player here. Is constant resource starvation a thing? Pic is what my main fleet usually looks like + my lack of Fuel + Ammo.

I'm doing Quests, PvP for exp, spamming Expedition 1-3 for exp, but it's always like this. Don't get me started on the repair times; trying to save my buckets, but Yamashiro + Heavy Cruisers' multi-hour repair time isn't fun.

Anything I'm doing wrong? This is usually after a 2-4 run, so is it perhaps just a bad fleet composition? I've modernised the fuck out of Yamashiro (not the others since they're all close to Kai), and all have decent equipment (I read a guide and I seem to get a lot of Cut-Ins now). Akagi has two fleets of green because I really want that Air Superiority. Ooi is a new introduction, hence her low level, because apparently her and Kitakami are amazing. I don't really know why - maybe her torps will get better at the 10 upgrade.
