2 Concert Tours in Japan with this current one being their biggest one with 20 concert dates which if they sold out all venues, they would have close to 300k people attending.

Their 5th single was a remake (Oh!) and their 6th single (Flower Power) was released 1 week before their 2nd album was released. There was no reason for fans to buy a $18 single when a $30 album which included the Flower Power single was going to be on the album.

Not that I am disagreeing with you that interest in kpop is slowing tremendous in Japan (because it is) but just putting some context to the #'s you posted.
