The recent JAST release specifically made a streamer friendly version with all gore and adult content removed and gave free copies to a bunch of twitch streamers in an attempt to get them to stream muramasa so more EOPs would buy it. No, I am not joking, that REALLY happened. So Nitro+ clearly doesn't have a problem with making censored versions.
