(since this seems to be a sensitive subject, please just ignore/block and move on if you don't want to read)

Because I only know three fujoshi, and none are quite my type.
One is 15 years my senior and lives on the other side of the planet, and we share no other interests than YYH.
One constantly inserts references to Japanese mythology and references to her latest miracle diet in every sentence. It just wouldn't work out between her and I.
One is basically Selphie on crack, although she can draw really well. But she's so far beyond me on that that we have almost nothing meaningful to discuss.

Actually I don't know a lot of other women who like anime or anything Japanese at all to begin with. Except a clump that runs a Western maid cafe, with whom I have little contact except mutual contempt and mistrust.
This doesn't seem to be my thing.

what is the difference between /a/ and /jp/

I kinda understand, /jp/ is more NEET than /a/.
After all summer on this board I think I understand.
