Sakuya sees Remirya as what it generally is: an extremely child-like form of Remilia. Her 'real' Ojou-sama is a strong, confident being that is far older than herself, despite brief glimpses of childish behaviour, and she wouldn't have her any other way. Remirya, on the other hand, is a child, who looks up to Sakuya as not just a very competent servant, but as a mother-figure, really, an all-powerful protector and provider, who solves all her problems, and loves her.

And Sakuya loves Remirya, as well.
