No and yes. It's a gacha called Blue Archive, which was around for a while in Japan but last month got a global release in english. All those girls have halos, though pic related is explicitly a demon in her ID.
Unfortunately the global server has started getting censored (first a crop, then they started changing some of the steamier lines, nothing is safer anymore).
Essentially in this city, every girl is like that and (You) are the new teacher, completely normal human, and seemingly only male human in it now. You are tasked with helping them out in their schools where mudane shit like the apocalypse is happening while they are too busy trying to make video games instead.
