Why don't people just do IgE blockers? I checked and you can pretty easily get Xolair prescribed in Japan if you want and it's not even that expensive when you take into account insurance.
Beats even 2nd gen antihistamines with ease, not to mention the generic "hay fever medicine" Japanese people seem to take is 1st gen stuff that makes you sleepy.
