I would say that guy overrates what is merely very good. She has better control of her voice than Shiro and Weather Girl, but that's just par: you can't expect anything short of a pro voice actress from a much-invested commercial venture.

I like Moemi's voice best, then Mirai Akari, then Shiro. I hold Ai-chan above all others when it comes to showmanship and improvisational wit, but her voice is just regular good.
