It definitely isn't, pbsaffran definitely wil never keep the -sama, the translation's quality is very low, there is a lot of mistakes, typos, sentences that don't sound right, the translation of "our confession" is based on the english one in the wiki and it uses translation tools in the library
& pierre bancov didn't post anything about it on his twitter account
still, Last Note of the Golden Witch was a very fun read and the battler / beato / ange trio are so good together and the translation made it so fun to read
