Hi all, dogfaced here.

I'm thinking of organising a small writing contest to take place this summer. Trying to gauge interest and get some suggestions. Compared to last time, it would have the following
>A word count limit (probably between 2000 and 5000 words)
>A specific theme (not a specific monster girl, but a certain place or idea, probably summer themed)
>Winner chosen at random from entrants (with an art comm as a prize)

Having a hard cap on words would hopefully not draw too much time away from people's stories/other shit, while having a lottery system would encourage people of all writing levels to participate. Ideally, this would leave us with a collection of short and sweet stories.
Haven't set anything up, but would like to hear some thoughts.
