well, watch both, or whichever you like best, or none, truth is none of them will (or can) teach you japanese, YOU teach yourself japanese through watching stuff like them and reading whatever you want and listening to whatever you want, every day, your choice of youtube instructor for rabdom grammar matters very little
theres also japanese pod, nihon go mori, and a bunch other decent ones btw,

the best one is whichever you find most interesting i guess
