Chaotic is a proper way to describe Zin-Say, I guess.
It's an acquired taste, but their music is too eclectic so you might like some more songs by them.
I always liked this one a lot, sadly I don't know if it was ever recorded on studio

As for bands like Uchoten, I already mentioned some on the last thread, but bands like Metronome or Himitsu Kessha Codomo A are like a more modern version of Uchoten IMO, or at least the influence is clearly there, the vocalists in those bands also sing in a way similar to Kera.

I recently got into this guys, Yusei Mints, fans of 80s new wave like P-model or uchoten might like them:
