There was a gay person getting "bullied" back when I was in high school. Several boys carried a gay person and placed that person inside a trash can. The bullies thought it was funny, the gay person looked like he/she was enjoying getting manhandle by all these boys. A fellow officer commented he is annoyed by that gay person more than the bullies because he/she is letting them do that to him/her. In retrospect, I could have reprimanded those bullies, I didn't care that much at the time, but like what my senior said to me before he graduated, use your authority to it's fullest, and I didn't, because I thought it was outside my duty as an officer, but in principle as an officer, I should have done something.

I had an encounter with an aggressive individual too. I punished this individual who is known to be violent. Others keep out and stay out of this individual (he repeated the last year of high school for context), but I had to punish him with 5 push ups. It's just 5 push ups, but in retrospect he might have felt humiliated. I should have clarified his mistake. Later he would slam his arm/biceps to my arm/biceps as I passed by him. I ignored it. During his graduation (he was a year older than me), I went to him and I shook his hands. I didn't say a word, we just shook hands. A year later, I would meet this individual on the street with his girlfriend. I nodded at him, and he nodded back. Last time I checked, he's now a father and it looked like he made amends with his own father who I sensed was the cause of his aggressive spirit.

This general might be SMOL, and may need a pillow on a chair to be visible around the table, but she definitely has no napoleonic complex, though maybe she likes riding horses too.
